Picasso's Guernica
Design Concept
Odd and cruel as it is, Picasso’s Guernica, which was based on the ruined city Guernica after Nazi’s bombardment, shocks you visually and politically. Inspired by Picasso’s painting concept, our UIN designer made a bold adoption of it to demonstrate our opposition against war and advocate justice, both politically and artistically..
The painting adopted colors of pure black, white and grey, together with the horses howling in pain and the dying people lying on the ground with crippled bodies, to unveil the catastrophe caused by the fascist war. Misery and suffering, however, aren’t the theme of it, but truth and justice. A bright and big eye was painted on the top of the whole painting, like God’s gaze, to display the condemnation of Nazi. Nazi is nowhere, but our pursuit for justice and democracy is ever-lasting. Our UIN shoes hope to take the lead to express an attitude—opposition to dictatorship and advocacy of peace and democracy.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 5-10 business days from the date that it is placed.
Verification
A confirmation email or message will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing
It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping
UIN warehouse is mainly located in China, therefore, for international shipping, we have two shipping ways to offer which are:
Free standard shipping (Delivery time within approx 5-10 days)
Express shipping (Delivery time within approx 3-5 days)

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office and provide us with the tracking number.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact uin customer team: info@uinfootwear.uk, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
